Park Homes began with a simple conviction — that a development should feel personal and approachable, and still leave behind buildings a neighbourhood is proud of. That belief has guided close to two decades of work across Auckland.
Founder & Director
Jason has worked in property since 2003 — starting hands-on in renovation and fit-out, then moving through do-ups and development. Park Homes is the brand he set out to build: considered, personal, and made to last.
Jason’s route into property didn’t start in an office. It started on site — in renovation and the everyday craft of building. Those years on the tools shaped a developer who reads a plan the way a builder does, and who cares about the details buyers only notice years later.
The conviction is deliberate: Park Homes builds a refined series, not a mass-produced product. Fewer homes, done properly — intelligent layouts, honest materials, and a standard held from consent through to handover.
